The new members of the Otago Mayoral Forum met in Dunedin to connect with one another ahead of the Forum's first formal meeting in December. Members received a briefing and presentation, both linked below.

- Forum members received the following 'Briefing to Incoming Members', covering a range of matters including options for how the Forum could operate in the triennium to come.
'A Partnership Framework for Otago's Councils' presentation

Forum members received a presentation setting out a proposed framework for Otago's local authorities to work together. The presentation was subsequently presented to all Otago councillors attending the Zone 6 meeting later in the same day, and will inform the Otago Local Authorities' Triennial Agreement. All Otago Councils will be invited to review and sign the Triennial Agreement before 1 March 2026.
